Lenny has nearly twenty years at Ricca collaborating foodservice design with notable universities, health care, food halls, and hospitality, all inspired and informed by his 25 plus years of operational experience at residential dining at universities, catering at US House of Representatives, restaurants, commissaries and corporate dining.
